Sink hole – beware
A large sink hole has appeared in the grass area between the Thorns spinney (near the pylons) and the paddocks to the rear of the Old Rectory in Cranford

It is a particularly nasty one as it is only a couple of feet across, invisible until you’re almost step in it but extends down to about 10m.
Cranford Estate have put a Heras fence panel and cone over the sink hole and whilst this is not a public right of way, Cranford Estate wants people, especially parents of teenagers and dog owners, to be aware of the danger in this area
